Returns, Replacements & Store Credit
We want every Cariove piece to feel just right when it reaches you. If something isn’t as expected, we’re here to make the process smooth, simple, and transparent.
Return Window
Returns can be requested within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery. We request that concerns be raised within this period so our team can assist you.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, with tags intact, and free from visible signs of use such as scratches, marks, or makeup stains. This helps us ensure that every approved return meets our quality standards.
Store Credit
Approved returns are issued as Cariove store credit. Once the returned item is received and approved after quality check, the eligible value is shared as a credit note that can be used on our website anytime.
Please note that returns are not refunded to the original payment method.
Applicable Deductions
For approved returns, applicable COD charges (₹49) and reverse pickup charges (usually ₹150) are deducted from the final store credit amount.
Reverse Pickup
Our team arranges reverse pickup from the same delivery address, so you do not need to coordinate shipping yourself.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll be glad to assist with a replacement. To help us review such requests fairly, a clear unboxing video is required while raising the concern.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If a return is approved, the amount is issued as store credit, which can then be used to place a fresh order.
Please note that a return or exchange request can be availed only once per order/item.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Processing Timeline
Once approved, the return process usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on pickup timelines and inspection. Store credit is issued after the returned item is received and reviewed by our team.
