We know waiting for a new jewellery piece can be exciting, so we work hard to get your Cariove order to you as soon as possible, safely and beautifully packed.

Quick Delivery

Dispatch within 24–48 hours | Delivery in 2–4 days

Look out for the “Quick Delivery” label on select products. These pieces are ready to be dispatched quickly and will reach you within 2 to 4 days, depending on your delivery location.

Same-Day Delivery — Delhi NCR Only

Need your order urgently for a last-minute plan or outfit moment? Same-day delivery is available across Delhi NCR on select orders at an additional delivery charge.

Standard Delivery

Dispatch within 12–15 days

Some of our pieces are made especially for you and may take a little longer to dispatch. These orders are usually dispatched within 12–15 days, after which they are handed over to our courier partners for express delivery.

Order Processing & Packaging

Once your order is placed, it is carefully processed and goes through a quality check before being packed securely in Cariove packaging. Once dispatched, your order will be handed over to one of our trusted courier partners for delivery.

Order Tracking

Yes, you can track your order at all times.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or tracking number via email and/or SMS. You will also receive updates regarding major changes in your shipment status.

We want you to adore your Cariove goodies, but if something isn't quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds!

Returns

Bags & Jewellery– Eligible for return within 2 days of delivery.

Refunds & Cariove Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation.

Upon approval, you’ll receive Cariove credit, which you can use anytime on our website.

Note: Reverse pickup charges & COD charges will be deducted from the refund amount. The process takes up to two weeks from the refund initiation date.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. Need an exchange for the same item? Email us at contact@cariove.com, and we’ll make it right!
