At Cariove, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel your order.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, or before dispatch — whichever is earlier.

Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exceptions

Customised, personalised, or made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of product unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect information provided by the customer. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
